- Department mental players are not eligible to participate however Higher Education Commission players are allowed to be eligible for this programme.
- Participating player must be a resident of the respective district
- Players above 18 years of age should provide their permanent CNIC address while players below 18 years of age should submit their FRC address and attested copy of CNIC of their parents.
