Registration Procedure 

You can visit the BISP Rashan Program office to register. By going there, you will confirm your registration, and you will be able to get a Rashan from any utility store. You can use the SMS method and enter your ID card number, 8123. You will be sent a code when you send your National Identity Card number to 8123. 

You can get the Rashan by showing the code at the utility store. Please note that if you do not delete this code, you will not be issued the Rashan if you delete this code. You have to go to the utility store. The BISP Rashan program representative has to show that code and get the Rashan there.

Eligibility Criteria

• Let you know that this program excludes people who are not eligible for this program, have any criminal cases, and will not be registered. 
• People who are registered in this program but are not eligible. 
• They also will not be Rashan from this program.
• If you want to register, your poverty score should be 25%. 
• If it is less than or more, you will not be registered, and your monthly income should be 40 thousand. 
• You will not be registered in this program even if it is less than 40 thousand.

Require Documents

1. You must also have your National Identity Card for registration.
2. Along with this, how many members of your family mean FRC?
3. A certificate of your monthly income is also required.
4. Which members of your household earned their certificate?
5. If there is any vehicle or bungalow in your name, it is a certificate.
6. Along with this, there is more information that you have to provide.
7. You can easily re-register in this program.
