Eligible persons in NSER registration will be included in BISP Program and cash financial assistance will be provided. The main purpose of NSER Registration Centers is to collect data on people to find out who is eligible for the BISP program.

BISP Program Registration is now being done through NSER Registration. After NSER registration, the eligible people are provided Rs. 9 thousand per quarter through the Program. Registration in the BISP Program is very easy. There is no online registration method in the Meri Income Support Program. You can register for the BISP Program by going to the Benazir office.

Eligibility Criteria

- To join this program you must be extremely poor and your PTM Score must be less than 20.

- No close family member of the applicant is holding a government job.
- Individuals enrolled in the BISP Program are not receiving financial assistance from any other program.

The following persons are ineligible for Program
- Persons who are in government service and are receiving a pension from the government are not eligible for it
- Individuals who own agricultural land and personal houses
- Those who were residing abroad and have an overseas identification card are not eligible for this program
